No. Selected accounting, tax, payroll, VAT, CIPC, financial-statement, reporting and systems services can be quoted separately.
Cashbook Lite is a narrow bookkeeping option at R1,550 per month. Compliance Accounting is R3,195, Growth Finance is R5,995 and Managed Finance is R9,995 per month. All four prices include VAT and Xero accounting software. Growth includes everything in Compliance Accounting plus additional services; Managed includes everything in Growth Finance plus additional services. Each money-in or money-out line that Blackridge must review in an included bank, credit-card, merchant, wallet or payment account counts once. A transfer shown in two included accounts counts as two lines because both accounts must be reviewed and reconciled.
Yes. Blackridge starts with the closest package, then tailors it to the services and level of monthly activity your business needs. Any adjustment is agreed upfront in one fixed monthly price, and what is included is recorded before work begins.

Package prices include VAT and Xero accounting software; separately quoted work and third-party costs are identified in advance.
Where stated, annual services apply to a financial period covered by 12 months of continuous service with complete records. Prior periods, incomplete records, catch-up work and mid-year joins are assessed and quoted separately.

Yes, depending on the circumstances. Blackridge can start with a historic cleanup diagnostic to understand the records and determine what further work may be needed before a broader scope and fee are agreed.
Yes, for straightforward VAT profiles. Managed VAT compliance support can be added to Compliance Accounting for R700 per month where the rest of the profile fits. Ordinary bi-monthly VAT for one registration or branch is included in Growth Finance and Managed Finance. Registrations, deregistrations, catch-up periods, monthly-category VAT, multiple branches, corrections, refunds, verifications, disputes and complex supplies are separately assessed.
No. Blackridge’s monthly and standalone accounting services are not audit, independent-review, investigation or assurance engagements.
